  • Visit our www.oralcareonlineshop.com
  • Click the ‘Login for price’ button or ‘LOGIN/SIGNUP’ button at the homepage or MENU.
  • You will be taken to the LOGIN/SIGNUP Page.
  • You can fill in the details on the Sign-up page to create an account.
  • Click on ‘Sign up’ button after you’ve filled in your details. You can now start shopping after logging in at the LOGIN page.
  • Log in to your account after signing up for a new account by filling the required information.
  • Choose products from Shop by Brands, by Categories, Special Deals, New Arrivals, and Best Sellers.
  • Choose the item you want to buy and add it to your basket by clicking the “Add To Basket” button. The quantity of the product unit can be increased or decreased by clicking on the + or – button.
  • When shopping has been finished, check the items in your shopping basket by clicking on basket or View Basket. You can edit and remove. You can add your OralCare Reward Point to earn reward points. If you are satisfied, “Proceed To Checkout”.
  • You can enter your Coupon Code if you have to earn discounts. For Shipping addresses, you can choose ”Ship to a Different Address” for a different shipping address as required and click ‘Place Order’ to proceed.
  • Review your order, if there are no further changes, click the “Place Order” button. You have already read and accepted the Terms & Conditions before clicking the ‘Place Order” button.

  • You cannot change an order once you have checked out.
  • You need to either place a new order and cancel the existing order before the cut-off time if you wish to change it or call our customer care team and ask them to cancel/edit the previous order for you.
